Sponsorship campaign dedicated to the frescoes by Giandomenico Tiepolo, originally located in his villa at Zianigo and conserved since 1936 in the Ca' Rezzonico Museum of Eighteenth Century Art. The funds collected were earmarked for the restoration of the entire series &endash; composed of over fifty works, including the Minuetto in villa, the Passeggiata in villa and the celebrated Punchinellos &endash; successfully concluded in September 2000.
Contribution to the international conference "The Possible Workshop: the Visual Arts in the Cultural Venetian Industry System" (Palazzo Querini Stampalia, 17-18 March), organised by the Querini Stampalia Foundation, Officina Veneziana and Nuova Icona.
Documentary exhibit of the activities of the Venice International Foundation, located at the Campo San Luca main branch of the Cassa di Risparmio di Venezia, from 15 March to 5 April.
Ideation of the Communications Area of the Venetian Civic Museums at the Campo San Luca main branch of the Cassa di Risparmio di Venezia. For this initiative, the Venice International Foundation has contributed to the realisation of two shows, "Palazzo Ducale: Two Recent Works" (7 April-5 May) and "Ca' Rezzonico Museum of Eighteenth Century Art: the Restoration of the Ballroom Frescoes" (5 July-24 August).

In addition, special events have been organised in cooperation with associations such as the Italian Environment Fund (FAI), the International Apparel Federation, and Federchimica as fund raising efforts.
